Just some base item changes using modern Minecraft items

All items have a "base" item to show themselves as, mainly as player heads with different textures, and we know at some point they'll update to modern Minecraft version, starting with the foraging islands.

So here are some items I think should change whenever all of Skyblock updates to modern version.
