Kicked to Limbo

So I've already made a post about this before but I never got a definitive answer, I also found out something new about the problem.
For the past month or so I've had a bug where at random if I do /hub or any hub TP command the server would freeze for me. During that time I can break blocks place them or craft anything, but it is only client side. I've noticed it only happens in newer versions of Minecraft (1.12+) even in vanilla this happens. and I highly doubt it is a connection issue...
