(as of writing i don't have f5 completion+cata 14, am procrastinating)

Fot's are like mega overpriced as of writing this, 4.6m???????
not to mention soul eater 3 is like 8m
that's like 12m basically
I'm wondering if once I do get cata 14+f5 completion
will a livid dagger be better because I know that fot is super good for clearing but livid dagger will shred minibosses?
Kind of lost on if I should sell cause of their super high price
