Make Foraging Armors upgrade into each other

Pretty straight forward. I really wish they would stop adding these one time use armor sets that get replaced a few hours of gameplay later.

Park Set

Nerf the rarity of each piece down to Common but keep the stats the same.

Canopy Set

Nerf the Sweep from 6->3 but add +15 Foraging Fortune to each piece. Nerf the rarity to Uncommon. Bought from the NPC with each piece of Park Armor and the same amount of Coins as now.

Remains unchanged but now uses Canopy in the...
