Member states should be able to customize the number of items they see

5 is hard-coded on the member stats page which limits the number of usernames that show per section This should be configurable in the admincp somewhere instead of hard-coded in PHP.

Further, clicking through to "See More" only allows you to see the first 20. There is no way to see who is in a 21+ position in these lists.

Please make it so that the lists can be paginated out...
