Missing items

I have recently been banned on a different profile username: fusion6335 but some of the items have gone missing. These include my full jaded divan armour with full perfects, my giants sword and many more items. They were all soulbound btw. However I have retained some items including non soulboung items and also soulbound items. Is this a common occurrence or should I attempt to get in contact with hypixel for this issue
