Necromancy 2.0!! Creative Idea

My first ever creative idea.

I think there should be a new mayor. The Necromancer Mayor. Aka, Grim.
He looks like a grim reaper from some random movie.
His perks are;
Necromancy Souls have double stats.
All souls have 50% more chance to drop
New Reaper pet will be buffed by 25%
Necromancer Lord armour buffed by 25%
Summon Costs are halved

Along with this new mayor a reaper pet will be added. It gives (at level 100)
+150 hp
+10 ability damage
+100 intelligence
Abilities:
Soul Collector...
