Need advice on a minion set up

So, I have really been lagging behind in my studies and I have to cut down my game time drastically. I do not really want to fully quit the game as I hope to play again during my Holidays. I am looking for advice regarding a minion set-up that will best level up my skills and maybe make some decent money. What skills should I let my minions work on? What would you recommend?
