First off tell me if I am missing any types of farms, I have
cactus mushroom pumpkin melon sugar-cane carrot potato wheat nether-wart cocoa beans

Now that you checked if I have all farm types how many layers do I need for each farm? here is how many layers I have planned for now. (I have ma island size meaning 2.2x bigger island so keep in mind.)
cactus: 1 layer
mushroom: 10 layer
pumpkin + melon + carrot + potato + wheat + nether wart: 2 layers
