Nobody gets Reindrakes anymore

I don't know, if it's a bug or unlucky, but ive been fishing for pretty long and yesterday, we had a pretty sweaty lobby and had like 10 Reindrakes/h while right now, i havent seen a reindrake for 4 hours and im in pretty sweaty lobbies. I just want to ask, weather this is a current bug, or if its wanted, because you make like 40m each hour cuz of party gifts.
