at 4/4 infernal tier, at ten stacks the stats go from:+400% arrow speed -> +30% arrow speed
+200% damage boost -> +150% damage boost
100% (?) side arrow damage (someone fact check me please) -> 60% side arrow damage (aka, a multiplicative boost of 3x to a boost of 2.2x, assuming no i-frames)
at 4/4 burning tier:
+20% arrow speed
+105% damage
1.8x boost (40% side arrow damage)
