Offline messaging system.

I had an idea while trying to talk to a friend who doesn’t use any chat apps outside of Hypixel. We usually communicate by putting signs on each other’s SkyBlock islands, hoping the other person sees it, I think it would be helpful to have a setting in social that lets you send messages that offline players can read when they log back in.

Players could also choose who they want to receive the options would be:
• Receive messages from everyone
• Receive messages only from best friends
