Currently /warp ch doesn't do anything different from the cart that appears in my skyblock menu with an active pass, and since it requires a pass active, it needs some reason to craft it in the forge, so I would propose:
make the crystal hollows warp take you to the crystal nucleus to the emmisary that lives there... whether you're already in the crystal hollows or not, assuming you have a pass active.
