Perfect Gemstone Bonuses!

When it comes to gemstone slots on armor, tools, etc, most people would rather spend the resources to put flawless gems in 5 different spots than a perfect gem in 1 slot, as the stats for the perfect gemstone aren't as good as 5 individual flawless gems. This mechanic is fine, but an idea I had to incentivize making the upgrade to perfect gemstones would be perfect gemstone bonuses.
