Profile Transferring between Minecraft Accounts (Odd Scenario)

Hi, I played hypixel skyblock on a minecraft account for a rather long time, have bought gems etc etc, however in the last year, I changed my phone number and the previous phone number was deactivated. Which now essentially means the microsoft account is now dead and I didn't realise at the time there was no options for salvaging the account, as they have no pipeline for being able to solve that issue despite me having all the proof in the world that the account is mine.
