Ok, so it's Lapis Essence. We got gold and diamond, so why not? (I could make a redstone essence concept but not rn)

Anyways, this would be a shop provided by the Lapis Miner, similar to the NPCs in the Crystal Nucleus and Royal Mines'. The perks would boost XP gain and enchanting buffs.
Lapis Essence can be obtained from doing experiments (in small quantities), from mining Lapis ores, and killing Lapis Zombies.
