Sand Collection Rework (will update in the future)

Sand is a very underlooked collection, with it only being 7 tiers and capping out at 5k

So heres a small rework idea
(Keep in mind, I haven't yet fully have ideas for all the items yet)

Tiers Rework

- Sand Collection will now have 9 tiers
- Tier unlocks remain unchanged
- Tier 8 will require 10k sand
- Tier 9 will require 50k sand

Unlocks changed

- Hard Glass is now unlocked at Tier 6 alongside the Burning potion

- Added the Enchanted Sand Cube at Tier 8, requiring 160...
