Scammed

Hi, i got scammed out of a few things. I know I can't recover them and I don't really care, but I used /report, but I believe (im not sure though) that there are a lot of people banned when they should be when reported. I have screen shots of evidence, but is there anywhere I can send them?
I think that bots may skim over this incident or people that manage servers may think this is a false reporting. Thanks for any feedback!
