Sea Creature Rarity Rebalancing

The way Hypixel classifies the rarities of Sea Creatures in the Sea Creature guide is inconsistent and unreliable (some legendary catches should be mythic and some mythic sea creatures are caught more common than advertised). So I proposed an idea for sea creatures with a less than 5% catch rate.
