Severe mouse desync when using keyboard

So i just installed SBO last night to help with Diana, but it was working fine last night, and I've never had this issue before, so i think it has to be that mod. Basically, whenever i move my mouse while using my keyboard (i.e. wasd), the games registeres my mouse movements slower and delayed. The rsulting movement is smoother and about 1-1.5 seconds late. Anyone know what might be causing this?
