"soulbound" profiles

Just an idea for a QOL feature especially for my paranoid homies like myself that are afraid they downloaded a rat by accident and now their whole profile is in jeopardy.
This basically a feature of the profile manager that allows you to "soulbind" a profile of your choice, permanently making that your main profile.
All you gotta know that is that profile will be unable to be deleted. That's literally it. You could still play on other profiles and delete those profiles if you want to but...
