Star rating sytem for posts/users.

I/my forum used to use a forum software that had a star rating system for posts. Similar to where the reaction tab is on this forum, you'd click a star 1-5 and rate the quality of a persons post. Not just the thread, all of the posts. Then, a users star rating would get averaged over time and be displayed as a number below their username where it currently says Member or Moderator or whatever.

This really boosted engagement, in my opinion, and enjoyment/entertainment as "quality" posters...
