Tank Rework: Master Fencer

Nerfs: All outgoing non-Riposte Tank damage is reduced by a flat 50%. Yeowch!
Diversion, at Class 50, is reduced from 80% to 75%.
To protect the tank more, at lower levels Diversion is even less effective, with a minimum of 25% at Class Level 0.
Tank's absorption shield when going below 50% HP has been removed. It was essentially useless.
Buffs:
Taunt is now far more effective- mobs which damage the Tank or an ally within 8 blocks of the Tank are forced to target them. This makes the...
