Terminator Changes to fix Term overuse

The Terminator's Ability should be changed:

Instead of shooting multiple arrows, the arrows simply do double damage (and no crit chance nerfing).

Additionally terminators have the ability to pierce an additional layer of a single-hit damage cap with each shot (against bosses with damage caps like the ender dragons, endstone protector, bal etc), this would make the terminator comparable to current term for boss damage, but also more viable for non-boss mobs outside dungeons.
