Trying to determine Handle drop rate after "nerf"

I think there isn't any exact estimate for Handle drop rate. I wanted to try to determine this, and for that I require a large Sample Space. I have made a google form with a few instructions and would really appreciate if you could fill it out and share it with other people. In about 2 weeks I'll use the responses to determine a somewhat accurate estimation of the Drop rate. Kindly fill out the response using numbers only.
