Tyashoi Alchemist items unobtainable for some players

You can only claim spooky items once per account. That makes it impossible to get for players who have already done the event on one profile in the past but have switched to a different profile or have lost the items. Normal player could still buy most of the items from ah but they can not get the eerie pet or the upgrades for the eerie pet.
