unable to join skyblock for two days, no support from admins, bug report closes instantly

bit confused on what i'm supposed to do, I can join every other gamemode but cannot join skyblock only on that account. I reinstalled MC, changed IP, even used a different PC entirely trying to get onto skyblock so its not from my side, my account is glitched.
