Unable to resume xf:import-finalize after it crashes

Ran a migration from phpBB 3.2 to XenForo 2.2, and the xf:import-finalize command crashed because the MySQL server was restarted. However, I'm not able to resume it from where it left off as there is no resume option like other rebuilds have and the only option appears to be to start it over from the beginning
