Underwater Paradise(?) (1.20+, 1.13)

With Hypixel eventually upgrading to 1.20 or 1.21 or something, it would be great to utilize 1.13 features for an underwater “island”

This “island” can be reached by the boat that you get to the Blackwater Bayou, which it could spawn you on an ACTUAL island surrounded by a vast ocean, which of course would have fishing stuff, but there could also be opportunities for mining (underwater ores), farming (kelp and sea grass), and foraging (palm wood and possibly using coral as a “wood”).
