"Want a wardrobe with that?" achievement

I bought a bunch of quake cosmetics (because the next upgrades needed killstreaks) and I'm trying to get this achievement. The description says, "Unlock at least 13 cosmetic items".
Here are the cosmetics I bought: Critical hit (beam), horse death, bat death, cactus hat, melon hat, spaceman hat, lantern hat, caveman hat, soldier kit, elite kit, majestic kit, soldier pants, elite pants, soldier boots, elite boots. 13 armor pieces + 3 others.
