[WEAPON IDEA] Cerebral Bore + Monado (from Turok & Xenoblade)

Hey, this is an effort post for two weapons I made inspired from the games Turok and Xenoblade!
Turok presents us with the Cerebral Bore, a powerful weapon that shoots out homing projectiles that attach and explode enemies on impact.
Xenoblade presents us with Monado, a powerful weapon that gets stronger the more strength the user has, also giving the user the ability to foresee the future.
