What do you recommend as a good bed defence?

Recently I used this bed defence, sadly people easily broke through it:
Wool
Wood
Wood
Sandstone
Sometime glass

Btw this is written in it’s order which mean wool is the first layer (the one touching the bed, wood is second and third, etc.)
