What is the best way to bulk give users User Upgrades (with expiry dates)?

I have 150 users who I would like to add to the user upgrades. Each one would have a different End Date.

I could create a list like this:

Name, UserGroup, End Date
John, 48, Mar 30 2025
Paul, 50, Jun 13 2026
Ringo, 48, Dec 12 2026
George, 48, Jan 12 2027

Is there a way to bulk add them into the system?
