Why does everyone I look at have hotm 3?

I’ve looked at the skycrypt of many people, and almost everyone only has hotm 3, oftentimes having stuff that’s worth a lot like mythic necron. Why? Hotm 5 is rather easy to get, and only requires you play 20 min a day for a couple weeks
