Would it be an unfair advantage to make a mod that makes beds in bedwars un-right-clickable?

I don't like having to sneak in order to place blocks around and over the bed in bedwars and so I was wondering if it'd be considered an unfair advantage if I made a mod and used it which made me able to place blocks around and over beds without sneaking.
